XII, Par. 9 אני דיין להִיפָּרֵעַוכ׳ I am the judge (having the power) to punish, and can be relied upon to pay reward; אני הוא שפרעתי … ועתיד לִיפָּרַעוכ׳ I am he that punished …, and that shall punish you ; a. fr.
